Kevin Orlando is a generalist investor, operator, and builder — the kind of person who is equally at home structuring a $30 million construction loan, debugging a product roadmap, or underwriting a value-add multifamily deal at midnight.
His operating career has spanned commercial real estate capital markets, fintech, and direct real estate development. Through GO Realty Capital Partners, he has arranged capital for investors and developers across the Northeast and Sun Belt — working across the full capital stack, from senior debt to preferred equity.
In 2022, Kevin co-founded LoanThink , a lending technology platform designed to modernize the loan origination experience. The company reflects his conviction that the best technology companies in financial services are built by operators who have lived the pain — not engineers who have studied it from the outside.
Alongside advisory and technology work, Kevin deploys capital as a direct principal in value-add and ground-up development projects — typically as a co-GP or preferred equity partner alongside experienced local operators. His deal focus follows conviction, not strategy decks: supply-constrained urban and suburban markets where patient capital creates durable value.
Kevin is based in the New York metropolitan area and operates across 15+ markets nationwide. He is selective with his time and only takes on projects, partnerships, and co-investments where he can contribute meaningfully beyond a check or a referral.
